What's my Version Number?

The Grokio Support Team uses the version number to track bugs and provide the most relevant technical advice. This article will help you find the version for your app or website so that we can better assist you.

Grokio Communities App

To find the version number on your Grokio Communities App follow these steps:

1. Log in to one of your communities.

2. Visit the Me tab.

3. Scroll to the bottom where the Version is listed.

Grokio Community Websites

To find the version for the website you’re using follow these steps:

1. On the website click on the Gear Icon in the top right corner. This will bring you to the My Account page.

2. Scroll to the bottom to where the Version is listed.
