Now Hiring for a New Feabie/Grokio Admin

Feabie is hiring! As activity across all our communities has increased, we're in need of a new part time admin to join our team and help us manage Feabie, as well as our sibling networks Grommr and Chasable, which serve the gay and bisexual male gainer-encourager and chubby-chaser communities respectively.

This is a part-time (6 - 10 hours per week for now) contract position with the possibility of expanding to more hours in the future. Our ideal candidate is someone with a flexible or non-standard work schedule (e.g. not currently working a full time job) who enjoys spending time on Feabie, and has some customer service or administration experience. We're looking for candidates who are organized and comfortable working within established processes, and specifically those who are adept at separating their personal feelings and biases during interactions with customers.

Admins are responsible for several key day-to-day tasks, including:

• Reviewing and tracking member feedback, bug reports and complaints

• Gathering information about conflicts between members and determining when our rules have been violated

• Reviewing and tagging recently uploaded photos based on their content

• Monitoring the newsfeed and answering questions/concerns when possible
